Accountability is a key indicator of professionalism for parents, educators and support staff.   Professionalism requires time management, organization and dedication to responsibilities.  Often, our many expectations can become overwhelming and we say Yes when we should say No or No when we should say Yes!  Participants will learn to use tools effectively to keep their word and bond with children, colleagues and parents.  This interactive session will include lecture, self‐assessment and reflection questions to equip all participants with the skills needed to be successful.
