Part of the I am Moving; I am Learning program, this high energy hands-on training is full of ideas and resources on physical activity and healthy food choices that you can include in your early childhood programs. Help parents learn the importance of movement for young children and understand their role in modeling an active lifestyle.  This session will include creative techniques which enable parents to incorporate movement opportunities at home, using materials on‐hand and in limited space.
