This training will identify how transitioning families can use Maryland EXCELS as a resource in finding and choosing quality programs.  This workshop will provide participants with an overview of Maryland EXCELS and the importance of Quality Rating and Improvement Systems.  The training will define quality care and education, and outline how Maryland EXCELS can be used as a pathway to program improvement and increased quality.
