Wendolyn McKenzie is the Executive Director of Allegany HRDC. Her career at HRDC began 17 years ago and over that time period she has worked as a front line case manager/coach, Family Services Manager, Assistant Director for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program, and most recently agency Executive Director. HRDC plays a significant community role by administering key Child and Family, Elder, Adult Medical Day Care, and Housing and Community programming services since 1965 interacting with over 9,000 households in 2017. Over the past 3 years she been instrumental in helping the agency to transition from a traditional case management model to a multi-generational one. Wendolyn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Frostburg State University.
